Daniel Gandarilla

Daniel Gandarilla serves as the senior vice president and chief talent officer for Atrium Health. In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic oversight of core talent process including leader development, performance, succession, career mobility, and employee experience for the enterprise. In prior experience, Daniel served as the vice president and chief learning officer (CLO) for Texas Health. 

Daniel balances his passion for learning and driving transformational change with the most important activities in life; volunteering; quality time with his wife and two daughters; long walks listening to NPR podcasts; finding quality coffee; and completing his taxes.
