Ellana Venn

Ellana Venn is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) with over 11 years of experience in human resources with a focus on learning and organizational development in several diverse industries, including health care, customer service and technology. She holds an honors degree in science, a minor in psychology, a diploma in business administration and human resources management, and a change management and coaching certificate. Ellana is currently working toward obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In her current position at Geotab, she leads strategic initiatives for the learning and organizational development department. This includes employee and team development, design of learning solutions, employee engagement, training delivery and facilitation, career and leadership development, succession planning, change management, program launches and internal branding, mentorship and coaching, organizational development and culture and performance improvement. In addition, she has a passion for continuous learning and has worked as a board member to support the Human Resources Professional Association and Institute for Performance and Learning.
